Ohio ACEP Annual Meeting May 13, 2026 The Athletic Club of Columbus (Columbus, OH)
The Ohio Chapter of the American College of Emergency Physicians is seeking proposals for high-quality, 10-minute, lightning presentations for our 2026 Ohio ACEP Annual Meeting on topics relevant to our chapter members (i.e. advocacy, reimbursement, wellness, ethics, policy, professional growth, risk management, medical trends, etc.).
If you are an Ohio ACEP member interested in submitting a proposal to present, please complete this form and email your CV to Stephanie Posey by December 1, 2025 .
Process - Submitted proposals will be reviewed by the Ohio ACEP Annual Meeting Task Force for consideration.
- Individuals will be contacted with the outcome of program selection in early 2026.
- Presenters must be able to present in person at The Athletic Club of Columbus on May 13, 2026 .
- Upon selection, presenters for the 2026 Ohio ACEP Annual Meeting will be provided with further instructions.
How to Submit - Proposals must be submitted online by end of day on December 1 .
- Incomplete submissions will not be considered.
- Multiple individual proposals may be submitted.
- Your CV must be emailed to Stephanie Posey to complete your submission.
Registration, Travel and Honoraria To help keep registration costs affordable for its members, Ohio ACEP does not pay honoraria or travel costs for chosen speakers. In addition, speakers are responsible for all expenses incurred in the development and implementation of their presentation(s). Thank you for your understanding in this matter. All chosen presenters will be invited to participate in the Annual Meeting as Ohio ACEP's guest.
