2025 Committee Interest Form

One of the most valuable ways a member can partner with Ohio ACEP is to participate on a committee. We welcome your participation. Ohio ACEP committees provide leadership on important issues, further the work of the strategic plan and assist with activities for the year and serve as a valuable resource to the Ohio ACEP Board of Directors and our Chapter.
Please complete the form below for the committee(s) that interest you. Committee cycles will begin in June 2025 following the Ohio ACEP Annual Meeting. All committee appointments will be for a 1-year term. Meetings will be held via zoom. If appointed, committee members will serve until the 2026 Ohio ACEP Annual Meeting which is typically held in May or June. Current committee members may apply for renewal of their appointment.We do ask that if you join a committee, you commit to attendance and participation.
After completing this online application by April 30, please finalize your application by sending a CV to Ohio ACEP Executive Director, Holly Dorr at hdorr@ohacep.org. You will receive notification of committee appointment(s) by the end of May.
