From June 26, 2015 at 5pm to June 29, 2015 at 8am, the Ohio Automated Rx Reporting System (OARRS) will be unavailable to prescribers.
According to the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, the system outage is due to a previously scheduled server upgrade. During the system upgrade, users will be unable to access any patient prescription history reports. This also applies to automated services like NarxCheck.
Reminder: Mandatory requests of patient information required by law and administrative rule do not apply if OARRS is down. Prescribers should note the outage in the patient’s medical record.
