Community EM Partners (CEMP) is a democratic group with two hospital contracts in South/Central Ohio. We staff rural and critical access community hospitals and have both immediate and mid-year availability for full and part time positions. Typical staffing is 12 hour attending shifts with 8-12 hours of NP/PA coverage assistance. All full time physicians are granted ownership on day one - no buy in.
