O.A.C. chapters 4765-4 (Reporting Delivery of Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Care) and 4765-14 (Trauma Triage) amended rules became effective June 1, 2018


Ohio law requires all agencies to review existing administrative rules every five years to determine if a rule should be rescinded, amended, or continued without change (No Change).

The rules in O.A.C. Chapter 4765-4 (Reporting Delivery of Emergency Medical Services and Trauma Care) and O.A.C. Chapter 14 (Trauma Triage) were final filed for five year review with the Joint Committee on Agency Rule Review (JCARR) on May 9, 2018.

Nine rules are no change rules.  Six rules were amended. These rules became effective on June 1, 2018:
